- Yes, conference pass holders can choose to enter the fair on any two days of their choice.
- Are children below 12 years old allowed for entry?
- Yes, children below the age of 12 can enter the fair for free.
- How to aquire Dialogue Pass?
- Yes, Dialogue entrance are complimentary for all conference pass holders. There is no additional purchase required.
- Can validated tickets be transferred to another person?
- No, validated tickets are not transferable. Each ticket is valid for the person it was issued to and cannot be transferred to another individual.
- Which day can I enter if I purchase “one day pass”?
- You may enter any of the 3 days of illustration fair with one day pass. Same goes with two day pass.
- Is there student discount?
- We have collaborated with over 30 colleges in Malaysia to provide students with promotional packages. If you haven’t received information from your school, please email us with your lecturer’s email address, and we will contact them directly to facilitate your student discount.
- Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
- Yes, you can purchase tickets at the venue. However, for check-in purposes, we will require purchasing tickets through Peatix on site. This will ensure smoother entry into the event.
- If I purchased tickets in a batch, how do I share the ticket with ticket holders?
- Yes, if you’ve purchased tickets in a batch, you may enter the fair together with a single check-in. Alternatively, you can transfer the tickets to each holder individually before check-in.
- How many days does the art show last?
- The art show lasts for three days, with the same exhibition available throughout. It features two levels showcasing over 140 artists, including both international and local talents. The exhibition includes Featured Artists, Young Artists, and various individual special showcases.
- Can sold tickets be refunded?
- Sold tickets are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to friends or family members as long as they have not been validated for entry into the fair.
